MMM BBQ…

  • Posted on March 6, 2010 at 22:21

We have a new favorite BBQ restaurant.  North Main BBQ in Euless, TX.  It is a great deal for the food you get.  They have an all you can eat buffet for $12.  The Buffet has chicken, portk, chopped and sliced brisket, world famous ribs, sausage, beans, potato salad, and slaw.  I am not one to get my money’s worth at all you can eat places so they have a solution for that! For $5 I got a HUGE chopped brisket sandwich.  Everyone in the family loves it, we have decided to make this a once a month treat for the family.  Its a great place to go out and eat together as a family. It is not high class, everything about it is simple which I really like.  The use disposable plates, cups, and silverware.  The only drinks they serve are tea and water. (There is a coke machine) and you get all you can eat ice cream when your done with your food. (If you have saved any room).  If you are ever in the DFW area I HIGHLY recommend you trying North Main BBQ.  Give me a call and I will take you there myself.

Don’t have time to eat there? They have all of their meats for $8 lb!

Records Are Made To Be Broken

February 11, 2010 is a day that North Texans ‘will remember for a long time.  Snow is not a common occurrence here.  When we do get it, it is usually mixed with sleet and freezing rain and turns to ice before we have time to play in it.  Yesterday was an exception.  Records have been kept for 111 years and we not only beat the record but we shattered it! We set the record at DFW airport for the most snowfall in a 24 hour span ever, 11.2″! Some of you are probably saying, yeah….so what, but here in Texas that is a huge deal!

Jordan and I have had a lot of fun playing in it! Below is one of my favorite pictures! I LOVE WINTER!
